As a Customer Support Specialist at PVS, you will be responsible for efficiently resolving support requests from partners and distributors. You will act as the primary point of contact for technical and product-related questions, and ensure a flawless handling of all customer support requests. You are the bridge between customers and internal teams.
What does this role entail?
Your responsibilities :
You are the first point of contact for customer support, answering customer questions and offering relevant solutions.
You are responsible for maintaining the internal customer client support management system (CRM & JIRA).
You escalate complex customer queries to the relevant internal teams
You will continue to follow up on customer questions internally and efficiently communicate the status to all parties involved.
You take the lead in setting up and maintaining a knowledge base
You report and document common problems and solutions as part of the continuous improvement process.
You support the creation of service bulletins and manuals
You proactively collect feedback from the customers about their satisfaction with the support
You make suggestions for improvement to improve the quality of customer support
You bring uniformity to all customer support communications through a consistent, customer-centric approach

What are the expectations for employment?
What skills and talents do you bring to PVS?
You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical or service-oriented direction
At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
You have knowledge and experience with Microsoft office tools, and more specifically knowledge with D365. In addition, you are also familiar with the project management tool JIRA.
You have strong organizational and time management skills
You have the resilience to perform under pressure and set priorities.
You can listen actively and are customer-oriented in order to detect the needs of customers and distributors and provide the necessary solutions.
You have written and oral communication skills in both Dutch and English, French is a plus.
