The AUDAC VIRO C series is now available. This new column loudspeaker platform within our VIRO family of compact premium loudspeakers is developed for spaces where architectural integration and acoustic precision must work in perfect balance.
We designed the VIRO C series for conference rooms and high-end meeting spaces, premium hospitality environments, refined retail locations, luxury residential projects and yachting applications. In these spaces, visual clutter and uncontrolled sound dispersion are not an option. The VIRO C series delivers controlled, intelligible audio in a form factor that remains visually discreet and architecturally respectful.
At the heart of the series is our state-of-the-art, custom-designed 1.3” driver platform, engineered for high accuracy and detailed sound reproduction. A purpose-designed WaveGuide around each driver extends and controls the coverage, enabling wide horizontal dispersion patterns of up to 160°, depending on the model. This combination delivers clear vocals, balanced sound reproduction and predictable in-room performance, with even coverage, reduced unwanted reflections and excellent speech intelligibility across the listening area.
We developed the ultra-slim enclosure specifically for flush mounting on or in walls. Invisible mounting points combined with a screwless click-on grill system ensure a clean visual result without exposed hardware. The grill fixation system avoids the use of magnets to prevent long-term dust accumulation and uses a dedicated puller tool that operates through the acoustic cloth.
Installation efficiency and reliability were central to our design. The VIRO C series features SnapConnect™ connection for fast and safe cabling, with discrete cable entry from the bottom rear and integrated guiding clips. A built-in protection circuit and ThermalPath™ driver protection system guard the drivers against overload and thermal stress. Cooling is handled through a dedicated integrated heatsink design that dissipates heat through the rear of the cabinet and outer chassis, ensuring stable performance even in demanding conditions.
